Section 15.5 Miscellaneous Instructions
The miscellaneous instructions on the ATmega328P are

break (
BREAK), which is used by the on-chip debug system,

no operation (
NOP), which spends one clock cycle doing nothing,

sleep (
SLEEP), which sets the device into sleep mode (introduced in
SectionΒ 11.1), and

watchdog reset (
WDR), which resets the watchdog timer (introduced in
SectionΒ 9.8).
